wonderfulness GALORE!!

SO... finished a poem!! yay for moi!! I'm excited that is finished... first poem I've finished in a good number of weeks... I'm back to writing!! *YAY*

anywho... I have a bunch of old poems to post up on poetsthought, so I'll wait to put this newest one up... so I'm putting it up here in the meantime :D Enjoy! *laughs* "I finished a poem... I finished a poem..." *giggles* YIPPEE!

Untitled --07.11.04 Sunday--
weathered lives and thunderstorms
raining down around them.
wondering why the tides ain't turned;
why everything's so lonesome.
thoughts of day and thoughts of night,
always cutting closer;
light escapes out hollowed doors,
leaving darkness to grow wildly.
twilight glides quietly through the rooms,
open doors and dresser drawers
scattered all about;
memories and forgotten fears hidden in the dark.
